Follow Up Frog ("we," "us") provides missed-call text-back, appointment booking, and customer follow-up tools to local home service businesses ("our business customers"). Our address is 11799 Caddo Creek Dr, Lavon, TX 75166, and you can reach us at steve@followupfrog.com.
This policy covers two groups of people: visitors to followupfrog.com, and people who call or text a business that uses our service.
When you call a business that uses Follow Up Frog and nobody answers, an automatic text may be sent to your number in reply to your call. Contacting the business is what starts the conversation. Messages are sent only to people who have contacted the business, for example by calling, texting, booking an appointment, or submitting a form.
Each text identifies the business and tells you how to stop messages. You can reply STOP at any time to end them, or HELP for help.
We don't ask for more than we need to do the job.
The business you contacted can see your conversation with it. We also use service providers to host this website, handle form submissions, run email and calendars, and operate our messaging and customer-management platform and its carriers. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other use described in this policy, and this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages from that business. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email steve@followupfrog.com. Message and data rates may apply. How often you get messages depends on how often you contact the business.
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service to the business you contacted, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing steve@followupfrog.com.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email steve@followupfrog.com and we'll respond promptly.
Our service is for businesses and isn't directed to children.
We may update this policy as our service changes. The "last updated" date at the top shows the most recent change.
