These terms apply to your use of followupfrog.com and to text messages sent through the Follow Up Frog service. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Our service

Follow Up Frog provides missed-call text-back, appointment booking, and customer follow-up tools to local home service businesses. A business's use of our service is covered by its own agreement with us. Information on this website is general and may change.

3. Text message terms

• What you'll receive: automatic replies to missed calls, appointment booking, confirmations, and, for some businesses, reminders, follow-ups, and review requests. Messages are sent on behalf of the business you contacted.
• How you opt in: by contacting a business that uses our service, for example by calling, texting, booking an appointment, or submitting a form.
• How often: message frequency varies and depends on how often you interact with the business.
• Costs: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: reply HELP, or email steve@followupfrog.com.
• Carriers: wireless carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: text messaging is available to U.S. mobile numbers.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Calculator and estimates

The missed call calculator gives rough estimates based only on the numbers you enter. It is for illustration, not a promise of results.

5. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. No guarantees

The site and our service are provided "as is." We work hard to make them useful, but we can't guarantee any particular results, such as a number of booked jobs.

7. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Follow Up Frog isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
